Andy Cheng joined APV in 2004 to oversee all of the company's broadcast and technical engineering requirements. He is responsible for managing and maintaining APV's production equipment inventory, for satellite uplink and feed operations, along with set-up and operation of APV's production studio, and technical and location support.

Andy is a graduate of the Shatin Technical Institute in Hong Kong, with a diploma in Electronic and Communications Engineering, and also a diploma from City and Guilds of London Institute. Before joining APV, Andy spent three years as a production facilities technician with CETV and four years with TVB managing their broadcast video equipment facilities.
